Feathers, Fur & Scales is a locally family owned and operated Pet Store.
We, Claude and Janet, have been serving our country and communities for over 20 years.  Claude is a retired U. S. Marine who served for 22 years, and Janet has been a Paramedic for over 25 years who currently works in Athens as well as part-time in Madison and Franklin Counties.

In February 2015, our daughter Danielle came on board and has served as our Reptile Manager ever since.

Our love of animals led us to first open our doors in Commerce, GA on 17 December, 2004.  We moved to Danielsville, GA on 14 December 2009 to better serve the community in which we reside and we have been here ever since.
